Sue and I were really chuffed to host our daughter, Cassie's wedding to Graham here at Pitt Farm at the beginning of the month. We had a fantastic weekend of celebrations with all the wedding guests staying in the cottages, a great marquee, superb catering and dancing until the early hours. If you are looking for something different to do on your visit to Pitt Farm and you love food then this might be a great day out. I have just come back from a day at the Ashburton Cookery School learning all sorts of things about cooking Fish and Seafood. It was a very hands on day and took a lot of fear out of quite difficult bits. I can even successfully fillet flat fish now. They run all sorts of courses so check them out, you will probably need to book quite a way in advance.
